Server Economy
Custom server currency — balances, transfers, and a complete audit log.
The Server Economy page is built on a single principle: every coin entering or leaving a member's wallet must have a known executor and a documented reason. That is why the page is organized into four panels in order — define the currency, transfer balances, monitor wallets, and review logs. Work through them in this exact order.
Enable the system
When you first open the page, the system will be disabled. The Enable system button at the top turns it on.
Note the difference between two similar states:
Disabled — You turned it off using the Disable system button, and you can re-enable it whenever you want.
⏸️ System frozen — The server subscription has expired. The page becomes read-only and you cannot add funds or make edits, but all data is saved and restored upon renewal.
Define your currency before adding any funds
This is the most important step, done once before adding funds to anyone.
The first three fields are text: Currency name in singular (point), Plural (points) for proper grammar with numbers, and Symbol (emoji or letter) displayed next to every amount.
Next are two dropdowns: Currency tier sets your pricing scale — a server selling a subscription for 5 points is different from one selling it for 25,000. And Number format is display only: 1,250,000, 1.25M, or ١٬٢٥٠٬٠٠٠.
The Preview: line under the panel shows you how the final amount looks — review it before clicking Save.
Adjust balances — with a reason for every transaction
Three fields and three buttons. The fields: Member ID, then Amount, then Note (optional).
The difference between the buttons is important:
Add — Adds the amount to their current balance.
Deduct — Subtracts the amount from their balance.
Set to — Makes their balance equal to the entered number, rather than adding to it. Use it only to correct a wrong balance.
The note field is labeled "optional" — but practically it is the most important field on the page. Two months later, the log will say "Added 500" without explaining why, unless you wrote it down.
Monitor wallets and freeze during disputes
The table displays for each member: Balance, Funded (total added to their wallet by staff), Spent (total outgoing), and Status.
The difference between "Funded" and "Balance" reveals member activity: a small balance with high "Funded" means an active buyer.
Status is either 🟢 Active or ⚪ Frozen. The Freeze button at the end of the row halts any transactions on the wallet — without affecting the balance. This is your tool during dispute investigations, and you can undo it with Unfreeze.
The Search by member ID… field above the table quickly brings up a single wallet instead of scrolling through the entire list.
Check the audit log
This panel is read-only — it has no edit or delete buttons, and that is intentional.
Displays the last 25 operations explicitly: Deposit balance · Deduct balance · Set balance · Freeze wallet · Unfreeze wallet · Reset economy — each with its performer, amount, and timestamp.
When a member says "my balance dropped," the answer is here. And when moderators disagree over who credited whom, the audit log is the single source of truth that no one can tamper with.

A separate page — it has no button on the economy page; open it directly via the URL. It compiles everything into a single report formatted for A4 printing.
Sections in order: Executive summary (circulating balance · total minted · total spent · active wallets · period transactions · frozen wallets), followed by Staff activity — who handled balances and where they went, then Store performance, then Member balances, and finally Transaction log.
The most important section is Staff activity: it summarizes how many deposits each moderator made and their amounts, deductions, and their latest activity. This helps you catch unusual actions early.
Export a copy every month and save it outside the dashboard.
How the system works
"Server economy" is completely separate from the old economy system and designed for servers that actually sell items — it does not share any balances or tables with it.
Your own currency — choose its name, plural form, symbol, and scale value. Lona does not enforce a unified currency, because a server selling subscriptions for 10 points is different from one selling for hundreds of thousands.
Balances come from staff, not out of thin air. Deposits are manual: you credit members after they pay or qualify. This is the core difference from casual economies — here balances represent real value, so their source must be controlled.
The audit log is the backbone. Every deposit, deduction, set, and freeze is logged in gv_audit with the performer's name, amount, and timestamp. The log cannot be edited or deleted — even when resetting the economy. This lets you resolve issues whenever a member claims "my balance dropped."
Freeze instead of delete — freezing a member's wallet blocks all transactions on it, but keeps their balance and history intact. Use it when investigating disputes.
The entire system is a Premium feature. When the server subscription expires, it gets frozen instead of deleted — data is fully restored upon renewal.
Setting up the system for the first time
/محفظتي in Discord — verify that the bot respondsA member says "my balance dropped and I don't know why"
/vault_wallet @member — balance, total credited, and total spent/الاغنياء will respond with "The leaderboard is disabled in this server."/يومي does not work in phase 1 — it replies "Daily salary is disabled in this server" because the earning system is disabled by default, and there is no dashboard field for it yet. Balance currently comes from manual top-ups only.
