Security & Protection
Anti-raid and anti-nuke, emergency mode, invite tracking, and daily security summaries.
The security system features five layers running on top of each other. The good news is you don't need to tweak any numbers โ choose a preset mode and Lona automatically adjusts all sensitivities. Follow the recommended steps below in order.
Enable security and set the mode
First, toggle the main switch. Then choose the Security mode โ this is the most important step, saving you from tweaking dozens of numbers manually.
Balanced is recommended for most servers: it stops raiders without disturbing regular members. Do not switch to "Maximum security" unless you are under an active attack โ its sensitivity is extremely high and may punish innocent members.
Set log and alert channels
Protection without logs is only half the job โ you need to know what happened and when.
The log channel records routine violations, while the alert channel is reserved for critical events (raids / nukes) so they don't get lost in chat.
Review the five layers
You don't need to tweak them, just understand what they do:
Layer 1 โ Behavioral Trust System (always active) โ learns each member's active hours and average message length. Trusted members receive lighter penalties, while suspicious users get stricter ones.
Layer 2 โ Smart Escalation โ penalties progress: silent delete โ friendly warning โ firm warning โ timeout โ ban. Their strike level automatically drops every 24 clean hours.
Modules โ Anti-Spam (thermal engine), emoji spam (3 layers), wall of text, link filter, bad words filter (+500 ready-to-use Arabic words), mass mention prevention.
Layer 3 โ Raid Detection โ 4 detection patterns with 3-tier automatic lockdown.
Anti-Nuke โ monitors action speed even for admins, detects within 8 seconds, with automatic restoration of deleted channels.
Layer 5 โ Honeypot โ a hidden channel; anyone who sends a message in it = bot โ instant ban.
Enable backups โ before you need them
Auto-recovery after a nuke won't work without a backup. Take one now, and after any major changes to channels or roles.
The backup saves: channel names and types, and roles with their permissions and colors.
It does not save: chat history, members, images, or files.
Know where Panic Mode is
This is your master switch during an attack. A single click freezes the entire server.
Know its location in advance โ during an attack there is no time to look for it. You can also trigger it with the !panic command inside Discord if you don't have the dashboard open.
How the system works
Protection in Lona runs automatically in the background โ the commands you see here are for manual control and emergency use only.
Auto-defense monitors suspicious patterns: sudden mass joins, rapid channel deletions, creating roles with dangerous permissions, link spam. The moment it detects a pattern, it acts before you even notice.
Panic mode is your manual kill switch. !panic freezes the entire server in a second โ channels are locked down, dangerous permissions are revoked, and everything halts. Once you regain control, !ุฑูุน_panic restores everything.
The trust system defines who is exempt from automated checks. A trusted moderator won't get banned for legitimately deleting ten channels.
Invite tracking links every member to whoever invited them. When a raid happens, you uncover the source, not just the perpetrators.
