Commands don't show up when typing `/`

Slash commands take time to sync with Discord — it can take up to an hour after inviting the bot.

Try this: restart your Discord app, and make sure Lona has the Use Application Commands permission in the channel.

And remember: most of Lona's commands are prefix, not slash — try ! instead of /.

Lona isn't responding to my commands

Three reasons in order:

1. Wrong prefix — mention the bot and it will show it to you
2. Missing permissions — it needs Read Messages and Send Messages in the channel
3. Ignored channel — check the ignored channels list in the dashboard

An admin command returns "I can't"

90% of the time: Lona's role is lower than the target member's role.

Go to Server Settings → Roles, and move Lona's role above all roles you want to manage.

A command has a PRO badge — what does it mean?

It means it requires a PRO subscription. The command exists and works, but is currently locked for your server.

Note: Standard Premium enables PRO automatically — so if you are subscribed to it, PRO commands are already unlocked for you.

What's the difference between Standard Premium and Full Premium?

Standard Premium — the same Lona bot, but with your server's name, avatar, and banner. Tied to the server, and PRO is included.
Full Premium — a standalone bot with your own private token, not shared with anyone.

The first is for branding, the second is for performance and independence. The Premium page explains them in detail.

Welcome card is not sending

Open Dashboard → Welcome and make sure the system is enabled and the channel is selected, and that Lona can send images there (Attach Files).

How do I disable a specific system?

Every system has an on/off switch on its page in the dashboard. Disabling does not delete your settings — they will be restored when you re-enable it.

Where is my data stored?

Each server's settings are completely isolated from others, and user data (levels, economy, study) is stored in a secured database.

Join the support server and open a ticket — or use the suggestions system inside your server if the suggestion is internal.
