The differences between Free, PRO, and Premium — and how to activate them.

Four tiers — understand the difference first

Many confuse them, but they are completely different:

Free — Most commands and systems are fully functional, completely free of charge.
PRO — Unlocks advanced commands and features within existing systems.
Standard Premium — Gives Lona your server's custom branding: custom name, avatar, and banner inside your server only, with PRO automatically enabled.
Full Premium — A fully standalone bot with your own bot token, shared with no one.

The code reveals its tier from its prefix: BSC- Basic Premium · PRM- Full Premium · and no prefix = PRO.

PRO — what exactly does it unlock?

PRO isn't just a single feature; it unlocks advanced tools across all systems:

Moderation — Mass commands (massban, masskick, lockall, hideall, lockdown), nuke, mass roles, and utilities (snipe, remind, quote, countdown, encode)
Levels — XP boosts, custom card backgrounds, analytics, voice XP
Giveaways — Advanced requirements and scheduling
Games — Pro editions (Roulette Pro, Spy Pro, Family Pro, Appearance Pro)
Custom roles — The entire system
Study, security, and streaming — Extra tools in each system

In this guide, every command requiring PRO has a golden PRO badge, and at the top of each section page there is a filter to display PRO commands only.

Basic Premium — Lona with your server's identity

This tier has one clear purpose: Lona adopts your server's brand identity.

Custom name — Appears with your server's name instead of "Lona"
Custom avatar — Your own profile picture
Custom banner
PRO automatically included — No need to buy both

The branding appears inside your server only — other servers see standard Lona. The subscription is bound to the server itself rather than your user account, so it stays active even if server ownership changes.

No bot token or technical setup needed — it's the exact same Lona bot, just with a customized look in your server.

Full Premium — Standalone bot

The highest tier: your server gets its own dedicated standalone bot.

The key difference from Basic Premium: here the bot is a completely separate instance, whereas there it is the same bot with customized profile info.

The subscription is linked to your account rather than a single server — you can manage multiple subscriptions and extend them from the Premium page.

How do I activate?

Everything is done from the dashboard → Premium page:

1. Choose the tier and billing plan and complete payment — activation is automatic within seconds
2. Or redeem an activation code on the same page

Available plans: 7-day trial · Monthly · Quarterly · Yearly.

Basic Premium: Select the server before redeeming the code — the subscription binds to it.

Full Premium: You'll need the bot token you created, and the page guides you through the steps.

My subscription expired — what happens?

Your data is never deleted; your server reverts to the free tier and only paid features are locked.

PRO — Advanced commands are disabled, but their settings remain saved
Basic Premium — Lona reverts to its default name and avatar in your server
Full Premium — The standalone bot stops, and the server reverts to public Lona

If you renew, everything resumes right where you left off without any reconfiguration.
