Dashboard

A page-by-page walkthrough of the control panel.

What's the difference between the dashboard and commands?

A simple rule of thumb: Commands are for execution, the dashboard is for configuration.

!ban @member is an instant action β€” you run it and it's done. But "how the welcome card looks", "which role a member gets at level 10", and "what the auto responders are" β€” these are settings configured once to run forever, and don't make sense as commands.

That's why entire systems have no commands at all β€” welcome cards, reaction roles, auto responders, and the audit log. Everything is configured here.

Changes apply instantly to the bot with no restarts or waiting.

Logging in and selecting a server

Log in with Discord via the "Dashboard" button at the top of the site.

You'll see only the servers where you have the Manage Server permission. Servers with Lona appear ready, while others show a direct invite button.

Once selected, every page applies to the active server. You can switch anytime using Switch Server at the bottom of the sidebar.

Command Center β€” First Page

A live overview of your server's status, featuring four key areas:

Analytics β€” Members, messages, voice activity, compared to the previous period
Health score β€” An overall rating of your server with factors that boosted or lowered it
Smart alerts β€” Automated warnings if something needs your intervention
Activity charts β€” Growth and activity trends over time

At the top of the page, there are time frame filters (Day / Week / Month) β€” compare them to see if your changes actually worked.

Support systems

Ticket system β€” Ticket categories, support staff, transcripts, blacklist, and team performance stats. You can also export a panel and import it into another server.
Reaction roles β€” Button, reaction, and dropdown panels with three modes (Normal / Unique / Reversible), requirements, and temporary roles.
Embed builder β€” A full embed editor with colors, images, buttons, drafts, ready-made kits, and scheduled posting.

Voice

Voice control room β€” Manage voice channels and your voice profile. PRO
Temporary channels β€” Creation channel, category, default user limit, and the control panel theme shown to the channel owner.

Moderation & security

Control & Moderators β€” Toggle each moderation command individually and define who can use it. Every command has its own dedicated settings page.
Management Center β€” Bulk moderation actions and audit logs.
Cyber Security β€” Silent protection layers: anti-raid, anti-nuke, whitelists, detected threats, and emergency settings.
Audit Logs β€” Enable log categories and distribute them across channels; Lona automatically names the channels for you.
Welcome Studio β€” Design welcome cards: background, font, color, and layout, with a live preview before publishing.

Bot intelligence

Auto responder β€” Rules and five match types (contains, exact match, starts with, ends with, regex), with responses as text, embeds, or buttons, including variables like {user} and {server}.
Levels & roles β€” XP rate, cooldowns, level-up reward roles, notification channels, exceptions, and voice XP. Includes data export and system reset options.

Games & entertainment

Games studio β€” Configure who can run each game and in which channels, or end any active game.
Confessions β€” Anonymous messaging system and settings.
Suggestions & reviews β€” Suggestion channels, voting, and staff responses.
Polls β€” Create and track active polls.

Utilities & publishing

Islamic center β€” Automated Athkar, Quran audio, control panel, and Istighfar counter.
Container builder β€” Components V2 editor: Interactive messages with containers, sections, buttons, and select menus without standard embed limitations.
Giveaway system β€” Create giveaways, set requirements, schedule draws, and track winners.
Operations room β€” Live chat with your server members directly from the dashboard.

Creative tools

Channel manager β€” Manage all your server's channels and categories from one place: create, reorder, permissions β€” without opening Discord.
Emoji lab β€” Design emojis and upload them directly to your server.

Settings & notifications

General settings β€” Prefix, language, ignored channels, and server-wide configurations.
YouTube / Kick / Telegram notifications β€” Alert your channel the moment new content drops.

Lona theme

A branding gallery that lets you customize Lona's look and colors in your server β€” unify the style of cards and panels with your server's identity.

How the system works

The dashboard is organized into a sidebar with ten groups, each grouping related systems together. The flow is intentional: start at the Command Center (review status), navigate down to systems (configure), and finish with general settings.

Each page saves independently β€” adjust and save directly on the page, and changes apply to the bot immediately without a restart.

Locked features display a lock icon explaining what unlocks them (PRO or Premium) β€” nothing is hidden, so you always know what is available.

Permissions: You only see servers where you have Manage Server permissions. Every request verifies your permissions for that specific server, not just your active session.

Practical recipes

New server β€” set it up in the right order

This sequence saves you from backtracking and repetitive setup:
1General settings β€” prefix, language, and ignored channels
2Welcome studio β€” the first thing a new member sees
3Cyber security β€” set it up before your server grows, not after
4Audit logs β€” enable the essentials: punishments, roles, and message deletes
5Commands & moderators β€” enable only the commands you need
6Levels & roles + reaction roles β€” for engagement

Want to see if your changes worked?

The Command Center gives you the numbers:
1Open the Command Center before making changes and note down the stats
2Apply your change (giveaway, XP boost, role panel...)
3Check back after a week and switch the comparison period
4Compare activity levels and the health score

Feature is locked and not sure what unlocks it?

The dashboard tells you right away:
1Click the lock icon β€” a description shows the required tier
2The Premium page explains the differences between PRO, standard Premium, and Full Premium
3Standard Premium automatically activates PRO β€” you don't need both
Tips and warnings
Control & moderators is the most overlooked page β€” you can disable any admin command you don't want, and set exactly who can use each command. Much stronger than relying on Discord permissions alone.
Channel manager saves a lot of time with bulk organization β€” much faster than dragging and dropping in Discord.
Container builder (Components V2) gives you richer messages than standard embeds β€” sections, buttons, and select menus all in one message. Use it for important panels.
In Embed builder, save your designs as presets instead of rebuilding them every time.
The sidebar collapse button expands your workspace, and your preference is saved for next time.
Resetting levels on the levels page is irreversible β€” export your data first using the export button on the same page.
Disabling a module from the dashboard does not delete its settings β€” it will be restored as-is when re-enabled. No need to reconfigure from scratch.
The dashboard modifies your server directly β€” any changes to channels or roles apply instantly to Discord, not as a draft.
