Instant or scheduled giveaways, rerolls, history, and live stats.
The giveaway system is built on templates β configure a template once, then launch it with a single click or command without setting it up from scratch every time.
Create a template
The template saves the prize, duration, winner count, requirements, and message layout. Give it a clear name since you'll trigger it by name from Discord.
Publish the template
Select the destination channel and click Publish β or launch it directly from Discord:

View participants live and end early if needed.

Here you decide who is eligible to enter. All fields require a Role ID or number β not a mention:
π Required role (Role ID) β without it, members cannot click join.
π« Blacklisted role (Blacklist) β excludes an entire role.
β VIP role (Bypass requirements) β bypasses all conditions above. Useful for supporters or server boosters.
ποΈ Voice time (minutes), πΆ Account age (days), and πͺ Server stay time (days) β fields accept 0 = not required.
The most effective safeguards against alt accounts are account age and server stay time: an alt user can get a role, but cannot fake their account creation date.
Configure appearance and mentions
Mention type offers three options: None Β· @here Β· @everyone. This choice matters more than the embed design.
Using @everyone for every giveaway causes members to mute the entire server, missing critical announcements later. As a rule of thumb: None for routine weekly giveaways, @here for major prizes, and @everyone very rarely.
Channel ID (leave blank for current channel) β if you enter a channel ID here, the template will always post there regardless of where the command is used. Useful for running !gstart in an admin channel while posting into the giveaway channel.
And Large image / Thumbnail accept image URLs β once saved, β Image saved appears next to them.
How the system works
The giveaway system is designed so you don't have to stay up waiting for the roll:
Starting can be immediate (!gstart) or scheduled (!gschedule) β set the time and forget about it.
Requirements β a specific role, minimum level, or other conditions configured via the dashboard. Prevents alt accounts from winning.
The roll is automatic when time runs out, and if the winner doesn't respond, !greroll picks another.
History and stats β !ghistory displays all past giveaways and their winners. Transparency builds trust.
