Custom roles
Every member designs their own role — with their name, color, and icon.
Custom roles give each member their very own unique role. The real power comes from linking them to rewards — not opening them to everyone.
Set up the system
A single command sets up everything. Then configure access permissions and the log channel.
!setuproles setup · !setroleaccess @role who is eligible · !setrolelog #channel modification logDetermine who is eligible
Don't open it to everyone. Link it to something worthwhile:
Server boosters
Members reaching a specific level
Premium subscribers
A custom role is a privilege — if everyone gets it, it loses its value.
Monitor via the log
The log records every change — so if someone gives their role an inappropriate name, you'll know immediately and can delete it with !delrole.
How the system works
Custom roles give each member a role exclusive to them — they choose its name, color, and icon themselves.
Smart use: Tie it to a reward. For example, a custom role for server boosters, members reaching a specific level, or Premium subscribers.
!setroleaccess defines who is eligible, and !setrolelog logs every edit so no one gives their role an inappropriate name without your knowledge.
Tie it to an earned reward
