Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lona Bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including server administrators and members.
2. Description of Service
Lona Bot is a Discord bot providing server management, moderation, music, games, leveling, ticketing, and related tools. The Service is provided via lonabot.space and its associated dashboard. Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this Service. By using Lona Bot, you confirm you meet these requirements. Users under 18 must have parental consent for any paid subscriptions.

5. Pro Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are available on monthly, quarterly, annual, or lifetime bases. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed on the pricing page.
6. Refund Policy
We offer two refund windows. Days 1–3: request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked; using the features during that period does not affect your eligibility. Days 4–7: a full refund is available if the bot had a technical fault that prevented you from using a paid feature and our support team could not resolve it. After the 7th day we do not refund the remaining unused time on a subscription. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have under the consumer law of your own country. 7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and assets related to Lona System are the property of Lona System and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not liable for any loss of data, server disruptions, or damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lona System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, Discord's policies, or applicable laws, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may also terminate your use at any time by removing the bot from your server.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
13. Governing Law & Contact
The Service is provided by Lona System, operating the website lonabot.space. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lona System is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
