No. It comes with Premium Basic and Premium Plus at no extra price, with no tokens or quota. Only admins and people with Manage Server can use it.
Yes. Pro and Premium Basic stay on the server you activate them on. Premium Plus belongs to you as the bot owner, so you can move it anytime. One server at a time: when it joins the new one it leaves the old one, which goes back to free.
Right after payment, on the server you picked. If you have a key instead, use "Have a code?" and choose your server.
